Christina Rahme is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical and Pathological Psychology from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Christina has extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments, with both adolescents and adults.
Her expertise lies in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is also a certified Brainspotting therapist, a trauma-focused method that identifies and processes unresolved trauma stored in the brain by utilizing eye positions to access deeper emotional healing.
She addresses a broad range of issues, from general adjustment challenges (e.g., work and academic stress) to clinical diagnoses (e.g., mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, ADHD and trauma).
In addition to her clinical practice, Christina is passionate about psychoeducation and breaking the stigma surrounding Mental Health. She strives to create a therapeutic environment rooted in respect, trust, and ethical care, tailoring her approach to the unique life circumstances of each client. Her goal is to empower individuals, foster resilience, and guide them on their journey toward inner peace and well-being.
She is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish, enabling her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Christina is licensed by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPsy).
